Located in Western Asia, the Republic of Yemen is a country at the southern end of the Arabian Peninsula. It has a total land area of approximately 527,970 square kilometers making it the second largest Arab state in the peninsula. The country’s capital city is Sana’a while Aden is the economic capital.
