Train Service from Bangkok to Cambodian Border to Start on July 1

Traveling between Thailand and Cambodia?

The State Railway of Thailand has recently announced that it will commence daily train service between Bangkok and Ban Klong Luk border station in Sa Kaeo province. The train service will begin on July 1.

There will be two daily services from each direction, a total of four trips for this route.

Train number 275 will leave Bangkok for Aranyaprathet and Klong Luk at 5:55 AM and will arrive at 11:17 AM at the border station. The total travel time is a little over 5 hours.

The second train (No. 279) will leave Bangkok at 1:05 PM and will reach the border station at 5:27 PM.

From the border station, the train will depart at Klong Luk station at 6:58 AM and 1:35 PM. The train will arrive in Bangkok at 12:05 PM and 7:40 PM respectively.

The fare between Bangkok and Klong Luk is set at 49 baht for a one-way journey.
